Estimates and pricing

Any pricing discussed on this website is general in nature. Binding pricing is provided only in a written proposal following a site visit, and remains valid for the period stated in that proposal. Conditions discovered during excavation may require a written change order.

Scheduling and weather

Asphalt installation is weather dependent. Scheduled dates may shift due to temperature, rain or material availability. We will communicate changes as early as possible.

Warranty

New paving and resurfacing carry a written workmanship warranty as stated in your proposal. Warranties do not cover damage from excessive loads, chemical spills, settlement caused by third-party utility work, or failure to follow provided care instructions.

Website accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep information current but make no warranty that all content is complete or error free. Guides published in our resources section are general education, not site-specific engineering advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for services.
